look at the output then you multiply the Voltage by Ampere = Watt

Only iPhone 8 and above supports 18W PD fast charge. iPad too but it supports up to 30W. 18W will just charge the iPad slower.

Not necessarily, what matters is that the battery does not get too hot whilst charging (i.e. charging your phone on the dashboard of your car under the hot sun).

The battery gets hot when I charge from 5% to 95%

I did a bit of reading. Only the recent iPhones it’s safe to fast charge

As I understand, phones below iPhone 8 do not have fast charging.

What is hot? Have you measured the temperature of the unit when you felt it was? Also, were you watching videos or playing games while charging it?

Lastly, it is good to adopt battery usage and charging habits. I try not to let my phone battery drop below 10%. Most of the time, I am using it withing 60%-80% charge so I'm never short of battery if I'm not close to a charger for a while.

Yea heard best is 20 % or less should charge and keep it around 80-90 is good.

I prefer to stick to ugreen as I've personally tested a few cables and found them to hold up well.

Also, avoid cable lengths of more than 1m.

In this case, it does not matter as iPhone will decide how much power to draw at different levels of charge.

The bigger concern is heat when applying a fast charge. Not too hot and certainly not too cold either!

why PD charge must use usb C connector, if need to sync with pc, still requires a usb C to normal usb connector
