HK - mostly similar
Asia - avoid VQ
Europe - avoid ST
NA - mostly similar
Oceania - mostly similar

the point that singtel don't play balls with others in the internet community well, can't pass moi baseline

their cloudflare is 30+ms at least... lol
nowadays more than 50% of the traffic goes via cloudflare . people use their cdn or simply use them to hide their origin server, etc

After consolidating all the providers, can develop a chart to see who fairs better in which category (top 3. We don't shame the last 3 , ok ? ) .
It is china heavy but then it contains category to the rest of the world as well.

Moi used excel feature and color scales to make it more colourful

Included moi network to pit against the big boys as well
I removed MR biz since here mostly consumer ( i suspect biz and gamer is the same routing anyway)

There's a 3 tier architecture

lowest tier is NLT then follow by infra owner where your ont connect to , follow by RSP

There's a few opco, you guessed it

RSP will have their own connections to bring your traffic out of SG or just OEM via singnet/st completely in a way like whizcomms

The problem is didn't spend time optimizing it

Even I don't use ipv6 although my WAN router received the /48 subnet
