im looking at 4 room at bukit batok, there are 2 layouts with different position for the household shelter. how do we know which houses have the household shelter in the kitchen and which have it in the living room?

Old ruling was HLE required only during signing of LA..

If u have already applied for this month Bto, just apply lor. Anyway, it has a 6mth validity.

I thought HDB uses average of 3 months to determine the income ceiling? I entered my details and was rejected from the online application, even though the average is below 10k.

if the HLE is less than the flat price, then i cannot book flat? if i still can book, what is the difference of getting HLE when i book instead of the time of signing lease agreement?

This rule is new, pls check with HDB itself.

Perhaps if their way of telling u, dont blame us when the 1st HLE is already low and u persist to go ahead with the booking only to eventually give up after the 2nd assessment..
