too hungry when reach home, exercise first faint more possible....
but still worth to think how to adjust the meal time so that can do some exercise after work....

need some determination and adjustment to current timing and habits!! 🍾 🍾 (y)
eat a bit before exercise

Not enough time to do something meaningful....

Reach home so hungry, first thing need to eat dinner..
After dinner can't really exercise, need to rest first.... but if rest liao already too late... so no choice skip exercise on weekdays usually..
After dinner, more or less left enough time to shower, surf edmw a while, prepare bag and clothes for tomorrow work, then time to sleep....

Repeat 5 times a week....

How to make workdays more exciting and fruitful?? :s22: :s22:


You need discipline.

Actually ts is lazy. Is whether u want or not. If u want anything also can. If u don't want actually nearby u also won't go de. Just saying.

You're not supposed to enjoy work hence they pay you. If you enjoy working then you should pay the coy.

It's like visiting universal studio vs working there.

Just grind lol, if cannot then quit and take break by lying flat.

previous job better, so long as you complete your job, boss dont really care.
current job lady manager incapable, only capable of micromanaging.... work means company buy your time....

How long do u spend on preparing bag and clothes for next working day? Need to iron clothes? Bag just use the same 1 will do. I have never spent time on this, just curious.

single? prep dinner to eat in between work after your lunch. I sometimes do this on workout days to get more energy for workout. can be just overnight oats you soak in soy milk and leave in pantry fridge for 6pm.

for people like us, we need to find time for our hobbies. if not we will just keep giving ourselves excuses to never start.

if prepping a meal is really too difficult, then go one day without dinner. eat bigger breakfast and lunch. or just shift lunch a little later so you have energy.

U can switch on those walking, aerobic workout with resistance bands execise videos on youtube. Then can exercise straightaway at home. But still recommend to wear shoes or workout on an exercise mat as even brisk walking can hurt your knee cap without some cushion.

yes roh... need iron, not fix one.. sometimes iron more then longer, 30 mins or so on ironing... but not everyday

sad and unfortunately, knee start give problem liao.. so also need to be selective with exercise.
doing brisk walk on wkends, really wish to see how to fit in weekdays too!

meaning like, the dinner meal box on your table eat and work at the same time around 4pm near offwork time?
sounds like something feasible, maybe will try to see if this works for my timing!! 🙏 🙏 ;)

Exercise on a Monday get the training out of the way if yr going to the gym then have a home gym
