12 more hours and i'll be collecting my ride.
Next will be sending to TTS Auto to change to a new set of remote locks and keys, full servicing, and what nots.

But i feel my insurance premium is a little high, $1.9k/year for OPC with MSIG. Policy would be under my mum's name with me as main driver.

I think you should just leave the main driver column blank, imo it'll affect the premium even though it's supposed to be a non-factor.

Is yours the T-Jet version? That could be another reason.

oh.. it's 2nd hand not new, and it's the normal bravo not t-jet.
So anyway, just dropped it off at TTS earlier this afternoon to fix up all the loose ends. Another 2 weeks til the new set of keys are ready.

So far so good, clocked about 1500km since i took over 2 months ago, everything is just wonderful, no complaints. Handling is nice and steady, high speed feels stable. But steering is a little on the light side, when cornering, you won't really be able to "feel" the ground. FC so far has been great, current tank is about 13+km/L.
T-Jet is sweet, i tried a T-Jet once, wow.. once the turbo kicks in, you'll be pushed back to your seat.

I'm jealous! I saw the T-Jet I drooled, but the dynamic should be able to satisfy my hunger for the moment.

But I'm not ready for this car yet. Anyway, the Dynamic comes with 6gear Manual as well, only lacking the turbo uhs?

Yeap, as far as i know, the Dynamic and T-Jet are the same except for the turbo-charger. Besides that, Dynamic only comes in 6 speed manual, whilst T-Jet has the 6 speed Manual and Auto.
But if you're going for T-Jet, go for the manual. 150bhp & 206Nm torque, as compared to the 120bhp & 206Nm torque the Auto offers. Guarantee you no regrets. If you need more, you can go for an ECU reprogram outside of TTS, able to push it up to about 185bhp for $1.3k-ish. Recently there was a group-buy at the sgfiat forum, costs about $1k for this reprogramming.

Yea, city mode is for an even lighter steering. But normal mode steering is already quite light for me. Too used to driving my dad's e30 with no power steering.

Got it from an GE auction, paid around $6k above the scrap price at that time. In short, i paid way much less than half the price of a brand new same model, and it's just 1.5year old when i got it. New one costs about $70k, so yeah.

Never tried swift or colt, only fit and jazz. Pickup is quite comparable, considering Fit/Jazz are sub-tonne weight, whilst bravo is about 1.2ton. If the bravo could shed that extra 200kg, it would probably pickup much faster.

100km/h in a jazz and 100km/h in a bravo, the experience is totally different, probably due to the heavier weight. So far haven't pushed my bravo yet, highest i went was just under 120km/h, and rpm was about 2.7-2.8k. So probably it could push much more on the NSHW.

Alternatively, go to sgcarmart's main page, and in the middle of the page with all the categories, select Auction Cars. But that'll also show other finance companies besides GE. However, GE usually has the most cars for auction every 1-2weeks.

Have to admit fiat bravo is a very beautiful car indeed, drove one before and I think the only downside I would say is the very light steering.

hmm it seems only asians prefer bravo? i've read a few euro reviews and many prefer the punto over bravo...i think they were refering to the built quality.
