Episode 19 is 酉正，around 6-7pm. The timings you posted earlier should be the correct conversion. The setting of the show is 正月十五， which is usually around Jan/Feb, the night time for Xian starts around 8pm

The show is quite a challenge because not only some of them have to wear the same outfit throughout the entire show, they have to shave their beard and hair every few days, particularly the female casts, and also keep the injury makeup throughout. I based this on how the US counterpart did for 24.
