First reservist call up

Hi guys, I just received my first reservist call up. Is a annual ICT (high key).

What are things that I need to bring in?

Will I be notified again of what to bring in?

FBO and watever u need during ur stay in camp

Normally high key means stay in so you need to bring your FBO, PT kit and everything you need to use during the stay. You might not get nights off but typically you will have the standard weekend off.

If you are in doubt, you could contact your reservist S1 unit and ask.

Whatever you need as nsf you will need as nsmen.

toilet paper (sometimes they provide in toilet but then sometimes use finish so better bring 1 roll back up)

Depend on your unit and training schedule.

There was once there is not enough bulk and all get to stay out even there is range.

Not called me Up!

Its been years and they have not called me up. Its coming to 8 years and i have not been called up for reservist. How does this work? Will they call me up randomly and require me to log in my hours in one shot!

I wonder if they forgotten about me hahaha

Some people get even called up in their mid-late 30s. After that, u will get it annually to clock as many as u can before 40 years old.

i gt called up for first ict early next year too. funny thing is its high key but only a week, inpro on a mon morn. wonder if i will outpro on fri or sun?

Just have another HK ICT inform less then 6 months but I ok with that.

Just inform me today with a SAF100 that my HK ICT will be on Oct13.

Because SAF100 only indicates to report in number 4 and head dress, so I do not know I need to bring in those field pack and stuffs?

high key also not first day must stay in. Usually on the exercise eve. Standard items to bring plus head dress, cap because sometimes unit on, pt wear because of the ippt. money... I forgot about the nric part already.

High key some damn on.

After 8 years if call up usually posted to another unit.... switch off. YOu not interested... they usually also not interested.
