I have written to these folks. They have replied that they dont have a service center in Singapore. They are asking me to provide an US address. I have bought two fit bit flex and both straps are cracked well within warranty. Looks like very bad quality and no support in Singapore. Not worth providing a Vpost address as shipment charges are huge. I have been using this with good care and my wife also is similar person. Having both spoiled in 6 -8 months shows the level of quality.

dont bother with it. get a miband instead. cheap and good and more than 1 month's battery life. amazing!

I wear the Fitbit Flex closer to palm, and my moto360 is further away from palm..
