you wanna charge everyday?

I always forget to charge my fitbit even tho it can last 4-5 days w/o charging.
End up always battery flat (I don't wear it everyday due to work) :s13:

U use b4 gear sport? The battery life really so bad?

I had issues syncing my fitbit versa with Honor Play.
Gave up and sold off my versa.

I got a new samsung gear sport. Never been happier.

Just want to share on Fitbit Versa battery issues. I have used mine for less than 4 months when the battery life deteriorated to 2 days maximum. I practically charged it every day from July to most of August. Last Sunday, the battery went flat, and I didn't realise. I charged it and forgot about it as I was busy. By the time I put on my Versa, it had already been left charging for 6 hours. To my surprise, the battery life improved significantly after that. It was at 24%, after close to 4 days on Thursday (yesterday). I decided to charge it in the evening. Now the battery is showing 90% after more than 12 hours. I did turn off Quick View and my display setting is Dim. But I set the vibration to Strong.

I was quite frustrated when I had to charge my Versa almost every day. During that period, I charged between 40 minutes to 2+ hours each time. Still, it gave me poor battery life. Now that it is doing well again, I hope this information would help anybody experiencing my previous frustration.

Thank you for the tip and same thing happened to me as well. I am not sure if its my sweat or water issues.

Mind sharing why you prefer samsung gear sport over fitbit versa?

I have the S3 frontier then i switched to versa. Versa had issues syncing on and off with my phones (i had both pixel 2xl + honor play).

In terms of battery yes Versa can last 4 days but that is without much notifications and on screen time.

I just got the samsung gear sport and i think it worth the money. The versa just lacks on smart watch function and although the battery last longer it came with a lot of sync issues.

If you go to their forum you can see the amount of complain. I find this product is full of bugs and they never really fix the problems.

Second that. I went from Fitbit Blaze then when I changed to Samsung S8, it stopped syncing cause of some issues with Bluetooth 5.0.They never really fixed the problem and I heard only last few months it was fixed. I dumped the Fitbit a year ago and went with the Gear Sports using with my OnePlus 6 now. Seriously a damn good watch just that Samsung Health not many friends to compete with haha...But the app is seriously underhyped. It is really useful and complete yet easy to use.

One thing I like about the Samsung is that when you go to sleep and stop using my phone it kinda guesses your sleep and wake up time based on your phone usage. Pretty smart and it is accurate when I actually look at the time.

I get close to 2.5-3 days on my Gear Sport based on my usage. Really happy with it.

For Fitbit with no purchase receipts, will warranty claims be an issue? My friend got it as a gift and there was no receipt given.
