The demo units? I wouldn't think so. U can order though. The models are available for orders.

So, I heard. Anyway the SR requires a 335 first and then if you decide it's not for you, to have it modded to SR for a tamer sig.

That's a pity then. The MH335DW is probably the most realistic and 3D of all the FitEar TOTL IEMs. Very nice complement to the 435 and MH334. :)

I see... somehow it doesn't suit my music preferences and that's why I didn't get it...

I've been experimenting this afternoon on choice of IEMs to listen to the AK380Cu. I tried the MH335DW earlier: excellent tight bass and 3D soundstage with great grip and control.

Now listening to Damien Rice's Volcano from his first album, "O" on the 435. Superb! Because the 435 is so transparent, it allows the sonic character of the Cu to shine through. Great soundstage, separation, layering and timbre of the strings. Very organic and such effortless musical presentation. Bliss! :)

Well, the Fujiya Fest seems to have offered some interesting stuff for FitEar fans. This year, instead of going for the mass market with 3D printed customs that are cheaper and more accessible for the masses, the 334SR sounds interesting as Anakchan seems to be quite taken by it. But of course Anakchan does like his trebles. ;) If I recall correctly, he was quite a bit more reserved with the Aya as he wasn't so sure about the tuning. No such reservations here.

The JV with Fostex for a universal IEM also looks interesting. Though it is a matter of conjecture if the FitEar Air, which seems to be the custom counterpart which was showcased previously, will reach our shores before the universal.

Especially in light of past practice whereby Japan will get a year's clear run before the international market are allowed to order any product.

Let's see what happens. Of the current batch of new FitEar IEMs which has reached us, I can't say any of them really excite... The only middle of the road one, Aya, sounds too much like a variant of the 334. Though, who knows if I get bored... After all, it certainly is cheap enough, being cheaper than even the Monet17... ;)

Do agree with you Aya is similar to 334 but I personally find Aya's vocals being the best in the entire Fitear lineup.

Really? I actually thought it sounded like a fazored LCD... Depends on whether you like the mids to be exaggerated. Different ideas of natural vocals and mids. Guess that's why FitEar thinks there'll still be a market for a 334 variant.

Pity, since you are in Japan, that you rushed out to get the Aya, and then the 334SR is announced. Especially since Anakchan is of the view that it has great SQ including great vocals and mids... If not, it'll be a year wait from launch in Japan before it hits the international market.
