Prior to Mook, I had already tried my friends' 333 & TG334 and Jaben's 335DW & Uncle Wilson's personal C435.

I am extremely impressed with 333, TG334 and C435.
335DW is.. Let's not go there.

Tried Parterre and the white prototype Parterre at Mook.
Having heard so much over at Head-Fi about Parterre, I admit that it did intrigued me.

Having demoed it, I was eventually disappointed and underwhelmed.
It undoubtedly sounds pretty good for a dual driver IEM, but it just didn't live up to its $1588 price tag for me.
While the prototype Parterre sounded marginally better than black one, it too didn't wowed me.

Wonder if u guys felt the same.

The first iem i tried in the FitEar booth was the Parterre. It felt somehow unpleasant and not worth of It's price tag. Second iem i tried was the TG!334. Compared to the Paterre, it was really heaven and earth.

Agree on the Parterre impressions.
It just doesn't wow me and considering the RRP is only $200 cheaper than the TG!334, I don't think it's worth the price.

I also will don't mind spending a bit more to get the 334 instead............................

But price of 334 almost same as JH13FP/JH16FP, I think one have to decide what he wanted.............

Buy both if can afford, since 1 is universal and 1 is custom.

Some members also PMed why I chose TG!334 when I can also get the JH13/16 FP for that kind of money.
My main reason is I need a universal coz sometimes I share my IEM with my wife.
If solely for my own use, the JH13 FP in full carbon fiber body is in my radar

As for Stax, only the 009 wow me... the 007 is a bit dark and not that comfortable.
Another headphone that impress me is the Fostex 900.
But I've already moved away from hi-fi or home headphone setup, so at least my wallet is safe for the time being... Lol!

I prefer universal than custom...so I choose TG334 anytime...
If JH13FP got good offer then I'll consider...

As for Stax, only the 009 wow me... the 007 is a bit dark and not that comfortable.

Because the SR 005 sound signature is the most nearest to the SR-009.

I tried all the Stax models and feel that but of course the 009 still better.

Actually, the 005 wasn't on display as the right side screw a bit defect. It's the SA over there that passed me from his drawer to try as he said I might like the 005.
