You can bring in a guest on weekends if you are a member for more than 10months.

Dont think you can neg for cheaper rate...FF dont work like cali or true.
yes, I think they increase when they opened more new branches...i think you might be able to keep your existing rate if they have increased the rate.

oh...if it's 12 months contract then you are right to say last 2 months can bring guests.
go only once a week...not worth in paying at that price unless yours is very cheap corp rate.

i duno still have or not but in May when i join, i sign up for 3 session of PT thru a beginner package and attend 3 session in one month, they will refund u the PT fees. also the first month subscription is free... so effectively reducing the admin fee if u find it too high n not worth it

you might want to visit the fitnessfirst sg website and see which clubs are platinum clubs.

I have recently had my first club reinstated after leaving Ff for a while. I noticed the card given is just a plain red card without photos or details of membership. Not even the first club word was found on the card. Is that the correct one? The previous version of first club card I had had a silver backdrop stating first club


Sorry but I didn't want to be bringing guests and them having to check if I am a first club member or not
