Better approach the customer service counter assistant earlier to ask for sales consultant appointment to stop membership I think will charge one more month extra after termination but it’s a hassle even when I ask for new card replacement have to charge me is okay but have to give so much reason and wait, is just my card looks old I want to new one!

why will charge one more month? if lets say my membership is 12months not supoose to be day itself stop?

Suggest to approach the front counter in-person and ask them, my membership since 2017/18 didn’t stop even during pandemic the ff membership fees for my wife and i totaled nearly $30k over the years

You're still required to give 1 month notice. And it has to be a full calendar month from the 1st of the month.
