Good news! :s12: There are increased time slots for booking! There are dedicated time slots for booking PT too, and increased class sizes based on the size of the studio/venue :)

provided I am able to book the bp 46hrs earlier :(

Indra Shah, can you feedback to FF to consider opening up the capacity?

I remembered not too long ago back in early March this year, each class can accommodate approximately 30 members

why now only 5-10 members :s11:

Can anyone please tell me for the bench press free weights at fitness first AMK hub and Fusionopolis, are they olympic bars (20kg) or a lighter bar?

Used to work out at both but been a few years and forgot.

I am not sure about AMK and Fusionopolis, those at FF Paragon are of the 20kg silver thick bar and they have triple stations for lifting at Paragon :D

should be since there's no other updates on additional waiver. noted virgin active charging half price of the premium during this period. doubt FF will do the same thing.

half price for how long? FF prices are already lower than virgin but they need to open up the capacity to usual pre-covid :D

Hi there. I am having issue with my contract and I am here to see if anyone has the same problem. I signed up for FF in Feb 2020 and in my contract it was stated as $146.76 with AIA vitality. Last month, i noticed they had charged twice which amounted to $152. So today i questioned about it and they told me that there was an error on the fee, it was wrongly input as the correct AIA Vitality rate should be $152.00.

Do they have the right to do so? By right i signed up for $146.76 per month and they should honor the contract isn't it? I saw a clause which stated they can increase the price after 12mths.

Does anyone have the same experience?

Did you start on 1 Feb? If not, means $146 could be pro rated?
AIA vitality rate is $152/mth.

Yes i started on 1 feb, including gst. All along i was billed $146.76, suddenly July $152. And they just told me this :

"We noticed it too, however there was an error on the fee, it was wrongly input as the AIA Vitality rate is $152.00.

This applies to all member."

So I'm checking if anyone had the same experience.
