Nope the steaks are just lightly salted. I think although both places are steakhouses, they are not direct competitors as their food is done differently. I think Ruth Chris's apple tart tastes better than the upside down apple pie @ Mortons though but Mortons takes the cake for their shrimps. I also prefer Mortons for their light hearted service. Ruth Chris is a little too formal for me.

Swordfish Collar - Chunky swordfish collars coated with flour and deep-fried to golden brown, served with spicy mango vinaigrette. This used to be a very value worth dish at S$15.90 with three pieces of swordfish collars. Now it's S$19.95 for two pieces of swordfish collars but nonetheless, it's still one of my favorite dish at Fish & Co. The spicy mango vinaigrette I will usually asked for two to be served as it lends an additional layer of taste to the deep fried swordfish collars and toned down the greasiness. Don't bother to ask for the baked carrot side dish, it's just too hard and dry for this old man.
