i finally received my IPX. :s12:

I upgraded from the IPhone 6 Plus.
The IPX has a larger screen estate in a smaller package.
It feels just right .... reminds me of my beloved Iphone 5 which was small and nifty and felt just right then .

i really love the Face ID.
Super convenient and much better than Touch ID.
After Face ID, I agree with the others that I will never downgrade to Touch ID again.

Perhaps some of you guys are hardcore users but my 2 peso's worth.

Let's compare apples to apples. I aways turn off my phone at night and it charges as I sleep so I leave the house with batt at 100%. Was previously on IP6S+ using iOS 10.3.1 which had ok battery life for my usage. Upgrading to 10.3.2 and subsequently to 10.3.3 ruined it for me. I would reach home with anything between 65-75% battery life. Yes I'm not a heavy user.

But on iPhone X and 11.1 (fingers crossed, just updated to 11.1.1) I reach home with anything between 75-85%. There was one day when I was too busy to user the phone at all at work and reached home with almost 90%. Yesterday I had to make lots of phone calls and despite that I reached home with about 67%.

So comparing my own usage pattern on IP6S+ with iOS 10.3.3 and on IPX with iOS 11.1, I would say so far so good and I'm really happy with the battery life of my new toy.

Don't forget it's a new battery life. I find that iphone X battery drains fast

I just wanna share a new gesture I discovered by accident. It’s a single tap on the time on the TOP left of the screen. It will activate “page up” and scroll a few pages up for you. Works in most chatting apps.

Not sure if we meant the same thing. This gesture was around even in old iOS. U can tap anywhere at the top, works for browsers as well

For those who are not aware and thinking why my battery can’t last compared to iphone 7 or 8. Default wifi and blue tooth on shortcut when switched off puts the wifi and Bluetooth on standby mode only. You need to go to settings to turn it off. I only realised it yesterday 😂😂

Below the notch also can... feature has been around quite awhile already. Never too late to learn something new though....
