Same as Ron 95, just pump only don't give face.
There are just too many places, you want to activate thousands of officers everyday catch meh. I think got many better things to do.Cannot locate illegal riders one la
If I snap a picture of a Malaysian bike, the Malaysian rider took a grabfood order
If I report send the picture to MOM and ICA, how you expect the authorities to locate and catch him. He's on a bike, always mobile. You don't know what time he works etc
Obviously the proper better way is to station officers at malls, wait at areas where the riders park their bikes and catch them

Should go after the companies that hire them in the first place. Make sure the fines are high so that the companies won't be tempted to hire them.Got better things to do
So can let this illegal matter fester for years and continue happen until today, ok
That's a better approach
Alot hanky panky going on. Some is even helped by Singaporeans. This type even harder to catch
Because people will think
"Oh, this one Singapore-registered bike, surely is Singaporean or pr lah, no problem"
Actually illegal Malaysian

"A question about illegal foreign delivery riders was raised in Parliament in November 2023.
The Manpower Minister said in a written answer: "The nature of food delivery work is decentralised and mobile. Hence, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) relies mainly on complaints to detect possible instances of foreigners working illegally as food delivery riders, in order to carry out enforcement actions.
"From 2018 till Oct 18, 2023, MOM received a total of 163 complaints on suspected illegal foreign delivery riders."
Kudos to Danny n friends.
So tis issue has been ard for yrs n even raised in parliament in 2023. Wat changed?
N dun say Singaporeans like to complain. Mom minister say they rely on complaints to take action. So no complaints they dun work![]()
Either tis or it's our fault. Singaporeans worst fault is voting them in.Full of excuse to escape responsibility
So your suggestion is to deploy ten of thousands of officers around the island everyday to catch ah. Then do the same for pmd? Never ending one. End of the day, everyone will exploit loopholes, just how much only.Got laws and fines so what
They will still take the risk, worth it to them, otherwise why is it happening even until now
Got laws and fines so what, if
1) got loopholes to easily exploit
2) no system to detect all these hanky panky
3) authorities also dunno how to catch, must rely on members of public to report complaint
That is your idea not mine, to deploy thousands of officers, don't put words in my mouthSo your suggestion is to deploy ten of thousands of officers around the island everyday to catch ah. It has always been like that. Last time no complain, no action. Now got complain/feedback and still need to post on social media before action taken.https://stomp.straitstimes.com/sing...o-for-making-illegal-deliveries-in-spore-this
