That price can consider buy The Nexus or Cascadia, 1 br. Freehold. A bit more expensive.

Relax man.. lots of things there are named bukit timah anyway, bukit timah pri sch, bukit timah cc.. yes it's not the high SES bukit timah region, but dont need to go in guns blazing

I'm not blazing anything. I'm just telling it as it is. I thought this is a big boys forum, we are afterall talking about properties worth millions here.

Sure, one street down is bukit timah, so nothing wrong? They're not the first to use this strategy in the region, so nothing really too creative either.

I believe Toh Tuck rd is considered as upper bukit timah and not the central prime bukit timah. And it is located at the border of upper bukit timah, which is quite close to bukit batok, which is toh tuck ave.

technically, it is in D21 as part of Upper Bukit Timah...

there is another upcoming GLS land sales in the area, near the mrt station, in the confirmed list i think. Called jalan Anak bukit site, thats another mixed use integrated model.

I feel among all the Districts.. D21 (beauty world area) is severely oversupply! all brand new launches coming out simultaneously...

Imagine 5 years from now when people try to flood and sell in the resale market... how to make money like that?

3 years to be exact coz Private SSD is 3 years.

Shared that District 21 has lotsa launches in the upcoming months on top of current unsold units from previous launches.
Not forgetting 2 temporary worker dormitory site identified at Kismis Ave and Jalan Jurong kechil.

Upcoming launches:

> Ki Residences
> Confirmed GLS

Current launches:
> Daintree
> View at Kismis
> Mayfair Garden

I feel among all the Districts.. D21 (beauty world area) is severely oversupply! all brand new launches coming out simultaneously...

Imagine 5 years from now when people try to flood and sell in the resale market... how to make money like that?

Before being able to enter the resale market, will the developer of these launches be able to sell out or almost sell out in 3-5 years time?

If not, current buyers will have stiff competition not only from neighbouring condos & neighbour BUT competition from direct developer too :)
