Toilet window, kitchen window , Study window.
Privacy, can open main door for extra ventilation. Neighbours won’t pass by your unit.

Coz D21 got more supply coming in.
> Linq
> Ki

And current supply from:
> Verdale
> View
> Daintree
> Mayfair series

Stack 45 close to Tennis court btw and deep in.
I think difference is 14k to 20k? I thought the subsequent releases are going to be more expensive. How come ah?

A/C ledge is tucked behind the toilet, not in front the bedroom

Would have thought the Developers would hold this stack and sell it for a higher price sometime in the future. Maybe to drive sales since this layout is a favourite

SINGAPORE - It took only eight minutes for a two-and-a-half storey semi-detached house in Toh Tuck Road to be sold for $3.4 million in a virtual auction.

The freehold property at 69 Toh Tuck Road, which has a land area of 3,340 sq ft, was "fiercely contested" at real estate agency ERA Singapore's first virtual auction event on Monday (Sept 28), said the agency.

would this recent sales of this house help or weaken Forett sales?:s22::s22:

Better version. ST is premium, can’t read. In short, 4 groups of buyers participating in the fire sale. For a 3300sqft, bid was won slightly over 1k psf. Recent sale in neighbouring unit was around 1.2kpsf. Location is slightly further in opposite high gate condo.

Nothing is confirmed till it is signed.

An auction is just an auction. The 2nd,3rd,4th or other bidder can still increase his bid again.

If no cheque given from the auction winner the seller is not obliged by law to hold it for the winner.

No cheque, no otp and buyers probably still have more questions to ask before commiting. And second buyer may come in with 3.5 mil or more.

Is Forett moving well?

I’m looking at 3bedder and I like the layout. The facilities look ok. The proximity to the parks is attractive but it’s a public good. I can kinda of drive there anytime. When I checked on the location, it’s so hard to drive out. Amenities is quite poor. Maybe I’m not familiar with the area. Are there other things to consider?

Last I checked, it moved about 70% of the released units. Seemed like they’ve moved another 30+ units in September.

Not too sure what amenities you are looking at.. when you walk out towards beautyworld mrt, there’s a few Kopitiams, groceries shop, clinics, hair salons etc. Opposite the road there are a few good eateries, childcare student care etc.

No harm going there yourself to check it out if you are looking for self stay.. it’s a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.
