anyone know the % of forrett sold as of today? When i went a month ago, it was around 50%+

I notice nearby property like terrene started asking for premium at 18xx when it was transacted at 15xx, when forett fully sold and TOP in 4 years not sure what will be the prices for bt timah then

That toh tuck stretch also going to be jammed pack with cars

Terrene launch back in July 2010,
More than 100 units of Terrene at Bukit Timah sold
“The apartments are priced at an average of S$1,250 per square foot for a typical unit.

prices went down upon TOP due to cooling measures, it only recently went back up with Daintree and Forett driving prices up, i believe investors are buying into the beauty world transformation story

However i still feel forett FH at 2K PSF is on high side. There are other resale FH like cascadia, sixth avenue residences nearby with 19xx

Though i personally believe 5 years from now, prices in that are will be $21xx to $23xx psf since there are 3-4 land plots set aside for development, the 3 old shopping centres due for enbloc too

I want to visit Forett and Ki residence and survey the two developments. :o But my budget is little will agent entertain me if I just walk in like that? :o

Do I have to make appointment? :o
