Why developers so cautious? New launches all selling like hot cakes!
Terrene launch back in July 2010,anyone know the % of forrett sold as of today? When i went a month ago, it was around 50%+
I notice nearby property like terrene started asking for premium at 18xx when it was transacted at 15xx, when forett fully sold and TOP in 4 years not sure what will be the prices for bt timah then
That toh tuck stretch also going to be jammed pack with cars
