There are many other shopping centres in prime areas that have lower human footfall or more outdated than the ones at BT area. Hence, I say chances are low.this is one site to watch, i think this area got lots of potential, may speed up enbloc of the 3 old shopping centres which is long overdue

though its just 1 increase after PR8 launch, but if you factor in june increase its 5% over a short timeframe of 2 months, $2mil is $100K more already. Moving forward probably it will be 70% sold at average of $22xx PSF.
