Yes. There are rules and measures that are given to developers/agency from the authorities. And we will have to follow them.

Showflat can open in Phase 2.

Expected price starting from
1br + study - $88Xk
2br - $1.08mil

Maintenance fee likely $52 per share
1br + study - $260
2br - $312

Preview starts on 18th July but must register with an agent with a blank cheque.

yes, showflat will still be available for viewing, but need to submit your Authorisation Letter as well as a blank cheque to be able to get a viewing slot.. this is to deter those that just wana look-look see-see and take up the slots from the genuine buyers.. as there is a limitation to the num of paxs allowed at any one point due to social distancing.. anyway, if you want a virtual presentation also have, can let me know..
