Tuesday one updated up till last Tuesday.
Friday one updated till last Sunday.

So today’s update is up till Sunday, 9Aug.
Previous month Rental will be updated every 15th.

2 bus stops got all the cafes like carpenter and cook and coffeeshops.

3 bus stops down is a full suite of amenities at Beauty World.

Able to buy condo, cannot afford $1 bus fare meh haha. Or a nice evening walk back after a full meal?

I currently stay 6 mins from MRT, still take 1 bus stop down and transfer to train.

come buy SGR.. no have this problem.. everything below you.. :s13::s13: just kidding..

anyone did an actual walk from forrett to beauty world mrt tap in? Shd be minimum 15min?

I did. Normal pace to the MRT exit is 9 mins. Leisure slow pace was 12 mins. From MRT exit to tap in entrance is 1.5-2 mins.

3/4 parts unshaded. Might be hot in the afternoon but morning and evening walk should be quite nice. Got nice greenery beside the path for most parts, thanks to NParks streetscape.

I saw that forrett actually has bomb shelter for 2br deluxe onwards. Moving forward is this the norm for condos?

Haha am I the only one who prefer a corridor leading to the bedrooms rather than dumbbell layouts? My parents’ condo has a long corridor branching out to four bedrooms and one utility. The bedrooms have so much more privacy and I find it classic. My own house now has the bedroom opening to the living room and is not what I would preferred if I have the budget!

Haha yea plus if got kids in the other bedroom, can sneak peek into what they are doing while walking along the long corridor

Love stackedhomes reviews as always. Impartial and balanced views. Overall review seems positive! Agree especially with the concluding statements where Forett may be a good bet if you can hold the unit for a longer term and possibly reap the benefits from BW transformation. Full condo facilities at a palatable quantum. Space-wise might be a little cramped but still tolerable. Distance to MRT is always the one big downside but rarely do condo tick all the boxes.

What do y’all think? Anything y’all disagree or felt they missed out?

Read the review and agree w that quote. Total caveat lodged till last week 198 units sold.

Ooh sales didn’t move much since launch. 7th month start liao, I guess the sales will be even slower.

May or may not be. Last year seventh month I recall sales for non landed private property still moved well, and if I rmb correctly Florence Residences and Treasure Tamp both clears 100 plus units that month. It depends on the popularity of the project. Forrett moved 8 in one week after launch (assuming its 190 units sold during launch week) pretty decent I think.

Anyone got news on Linq? Floor/site plan or preview dates etc? Been seeing adverts on social media touting floor plans and Developer’s price list. Probably clickbait but idk worth a shot to ask here
