It was around 18XX. Still with the early bird discount. Now it’s gone up to 19XX or thereabouts.

Then I think that’s pretty ok.. moreover, u are looking at a 10 year horizon, with the overall price movements in non landed property transactions in Singapore that could help too. Or pray for Signature park to enbloc.

Ya.. at least it’s not as bad as before when they wanted to amend the route permanently.

Selling still seem ok. Just reached MOP last year and sales doing fine.. just not very high in psf. People are making around 15-20% profits from launch price.

There are quite a number of HDB upgraders. People who like staying in BP and want to upgrade to private don’t have too many choices. Chestervale, blossom or hillion. Between chestervale and blossom, blossom is more attractive as it’s newer. Hillion is mixed development and a lot more expensive.

Yup, most will compare blossom & rainforest @CCK.

Both just MOP. Similar size.

Rainforest transacted 34 units this year. Average psf: $962psf
Selling still seem ok. Just reached MOP last year and sales doing fine.. just not very high in psf. People are making around 15-20% profits from launch price.

do u consider this as profit? cos after selling u have to buy another unit to stay at high price too. unless one downgrade to hdb

Agree. Especially those newly MOP segar, senja BTOs upgraders that still wanna stay in BP.

There are quite a number of HDB upgraders. People who like staying in BP and want to upgrade to private don’t have too many choices. Chestervale, blossom or hillion. Between chestervale and blossom, blossom is more attractive as it’s newer. Hillion is mixed development and a lot more expensive.

chestervale cmi. very very old. I grew up in that area in the 90s. there are still eco sanctuary, treehouse, foresque

I should use gain. Not profit sorry lol. After you deduct cpf accrued interest, miscellaneous cost, home renovation cost etc, I think not much left. Hahahah.

I have colleague staying at blossom. he told me the parking problem is horrendous. seems like EC families tend to be multi generations and have few cars. rainforest had parking problem too I heard
