Hmm let me guess, u first time buyer? :D
Can see u r trying very hard to give acknowledgement to a kid who scored 82% but Only answer 5 questions but disregard another kid who scored 100% but attempting 20 questions.

Correction: Kid scoring 82% answering 327 questions (and moving towards 100%) vs kid scoring 100% answering 1,399. Both are fantastic kids in my opinion and i will be looking forward to how each of them will perform in life 5-10 years down the road after graduating from school

Yes, no one is stopping u from affirming your DT investment. But what u displayed here is rather aggressive and obviously lack of confidence in the child who scored 82%. :s13:
Did those who bought daintree argued as aggressively like u? :D

But doesn’t that mean that the kid scoring 100% (all correct) after answering 1399 questions is better? Cause the kid answering 327 questions only got 82% correct. Imagine the kid who got 82% correct answering 1399 questions. How many questions will that kid get wrong? :s13:

Actually, Nishizhu Bro is coming from investment pov while xirodspace is buying for own stay. The oversupply will find its balance over the years, hence, Nishizhu bro's comment may not apply to own stay. Also, no one truly knows what will happen in the future. That said, I still prefer to hear different pov here.

I view it as sense of insecurity and lack of confidence.
I see the rest of daintree buyers quite chilled except u. :D

Just a roof over the head.. Since buy liao just cross fingers and hope for the best lor. No one can predict what will exactly happen in the future~

Jus my two cents, it’s normal for ppl to have some sense of insecurity after a purchase, given that it is a huge purchase. I recall my friend wanting to back out of her purchase at The M too, after committing, but I dissuaded her from doing so.

I do think Beauty World has some form of rejuvenation upcoming, so the vibes could improve a lot in time to come :) jus hope for the best!

Agree..but the existing lao lol kok shopping malls are really in need of a total revamp.. really cmi. Think that's gonna help improve the vibes in this area~

My point is not comparing one vs another (since they are diff buyer dynamics), my point is that both are stellar kids in Band A region and different people prefer different kids.

Definitely not in a defensive and aggressive manner.
To begin with, the discussion was surrounded on forett and D21 in the forett thread and for some reason, u came out of nowhere like a mad person Defending daintree aggressively.
I guess with your sense of insecurity, u sure need more luck in life than many others here with such myopic and insecure mindset. :D

Never a time I discourage pple buying for own stay and I did highlighted many times buying for self stay is always priceless.
He came from the angle die die must hear good things about D21. When comments are not music to his ears, he defend and attack aggressively.

Both My self stay and investment units also have its pros and cons but it doesn’t mean I would only listen to good things and attack others when they comment on negative but valid points.

Yes, if we only want positive comments, we can always hear them like a playlist at the showflats haha

Critical insights are important to ensure that our home investment, be it own stay or investment purposes, have well considered any possible concerns. After all, we are looking at 6-7 digit investments.
