no one knows really , its just predictions by analysts.

analysts claim if trump backs out of the deal, oil price will rise even further. but the thing is oil price has already rose so high and one of the reasons was that ppl already speculated that trump would pull out of the deal. so it may have already been priced in. and trump himself on twitter tweeted recently in april that oil prices shouldn't be so high now.

Theoretically oil and USD price are the inverse of each other. However sometimes the market do not move in that correlation.
