Format laptop and reinstall windows 10

I am trying to format my laptop and reinstall windows 10.

Can i delete or format all of the Partitions?

If not which partitions should i keep?

Yes you should delete all partitions. Then click "New" on the installer, it will re-create all the necessary partitions for you.

Those partitions are standard OEM backup/recovery partitions.

If you are upgrade &or install newer Windows OS then those partitions are not much use anymore.

Let the new Windows OS to wipe clean & format accordingly.

If possible do go for SSD for faster performance on laptop as prices are dropping.

Yes. Just wipe everything clean if you want to install a new operating system. Those partitions are recovery partitions.
