Yes and looks like no cushion for impact absorption also.
Haha, makes you wonder why such cases are even made in the first place.
in all fairness i did use metal case and bumper b4 and it does have more cons.....firstly is the grip comfort....some will live with it as long as its aesthetically pleasing to their eyes....those who were into the "ironman" metal bumper for original note and 2 would know what i mean
metal cases can and does bear the brunt of a drop but u gotta live with the scuffles...think love mei case.........i used a metal case before for a HTC, and my phone flew outta the case when it dropped, thankfully the phone landed without any mishap from the secondary impact. That would not happen if its a metal bumper or certain metal case which requires screw, nuts or bolts.....which brings about another con.....locking yourself from ever swapping your battery OTG......some metal bumper does allow access to back plate...but nv would i subject myself to not batt swapping...even with note 4's good batt life thus far
For note4....metal bezel on metal (even with any cushion inner lay)...never a good idea.... will scratch it up...think Note 2 and 3 metal bumpers where many including myself had to find ways to buffer away the scratches.....

It does affect signal strength to a certain extent...and im not just talking about network but also GPS and WIFI
Any pros????? Maybe...maybe since metal conducts heat well...maybe....just maybe it disperse heat more effectively...? Lastly its back to aesthetic....some metal bumpers does seem to fuse seamlessly with the phone design
for those wondering wad metal case i was using when my phone flew outtta the case on impact? here it is...fr Pdair.....still making it for Note 4..... and 5 perhaps
