Anyone added or rounding up to 50k or more? I regret for not doing so much earlier, as buying from open market now is no longer advantageous with the latest price of 1.019. If buy 9k more to round up to 50k, the cost, in my case of using POEMS, will be $9202.35 including fee. The extra 9k would only fetch me $202.05 extra coupon for the 1st payout on 16/3/23. There are total 10 coupon payments for this 5 years note so even though first coupon payment not going to earn, the next 9 coupon payments would net $202.05 more each round if we round it up to 50k now. This seems better than SSB or Tbills as far as yield is concerned if we disregard the risk profile for each instrument.

Will we be receiving the 1st dividend pay out today? Camping at my bank account liao.
Too early to camp..
Have your nice breakfast, lunch and enjoy afternoon tea time first then can see your dividend appear in your bank account.
Can have dinner if your crediting account is DBS/POSB

Do that few hours to max of < 1 day make any tangible difference to you?
A switch that just takes 5 mins to do, why not ?

It is not just dividends. Maturity and redemption of larger amounts too.

If UOB comes in before market close can make a difference.

You are right. The SGX announcement states that the period is 16/03/2023 to 17/09/2023 which is 186 days, but I wonder if this should be up to 15/09/2023 instead of the 17th. Then it would be the correct 184 days and the next period starts from the 16th as it should.

Who to approach on this ? Because if they blindly follow this SGX announcement the next round and start 18/09 means we are shortchanged.

Errors in SGX announcements should be rectified by another announcement right ?

I emailed their IR, for what it's worth  See if they respond.

Think your email worked.

Frasers just announced clarification that should be 184 days. Ending 15/09/2023.

Haha. If you had not pointed it out, I may have missed it. And I am sure many people emailed them, maybe even institutional investors who own millions of dollars in the bonds.

Their IR also replied to me this afternoon, pointing me to their correction published yesterday evening. I wasn't even expecting a reply. Good work FPL (y)
