Disappointed that they use CWP as excuse for the dip. The gap is too wide even without CWP refurbishment. :(

Nothing to be disappointed about. In fact I will be disappointed if the disappointment in its performance does not translates into a dip in the price to allow me to pick up more. ;)

Centerpoint is not in the trust.

Outdated or not, it remains a cash cow. Why do you think Frasers has dilly dally to include Centerpoint into the REIT?

Give it another 5 years I will say it will still not be injected into the REIT.

Centrepoint itself is very debt-laden by its own holding company within the F&N family.
FCT will have to come up wif a huge sum to take over Centrepoint + it's true lah, Centrepoint does not look good upon my last visit just last month during GSS - hardly got crowd. Think tio cannibalised left right and centre by 313 and Central which themselves are not very crowded also

Anyone visited the refurbished Causeway Point yet?

Causeway point is still undergoing renovation. The whole place is still laced with construction and feel dangerous. I think only about 20-30% is occupied by tenants. Targeted completion date is end of year.

Good job! I think it will pick up once reno completed. :o

Dunno when they're going to add new acquisition or not.
I hope Bedok Point makes it to their portfolio cos the retail malls so far cover mostly Northern & Western areas of Singapore.
Good to have a few Eastern located malls. :D

Not yet. Was too busy looking at PLife, Suntec and CLT. So now looking at this as one of the counters I may add more.

Lucky me to buy at $1.51 early June & sold off at $1.57.

I agree. The circular said yield accretive. I just hope the private placement will not dilute my shares too much.
