I don't think they are issuing rights.

FCT said they will be funding half by private placement and half by debt.

think the preferred method is private placement cos cheaper. Also got people complain Reits taking back dividend through rights issues.

But people at wealth accumulation phase would most probably prefer rights issue, I guess.

Now is really sell in June. My portfolio yesterday drop 2k, today drop 1k. Then my contra trade for Osim lose 500.

But actually I don't see any good thing about FCT other than it is very stable and can maintain the DPU. Growth wise still need to see the performance after their recent acquisition.
