How you get frozen shoulder? I think it started with me doing push up everyday and carrying my children and there was one day i could felt the ‘pull’ during my push up
I feel that it’s the lack of full range motion of the shoulder for a long period of time. Desk bound job, then always on hp and lack of upper body exercises..

shoulder impingement syndrome
Frozen shoulder is caused by excessive strain, weight on the shoulder supporting muscles. Thus it melted together. To reverse it, reverse the cause of it, excess weight by reversing the directon of weight on muscle.Lie on floor, support weight above you,for longer and longer time.Use painkillers by prescribed doc,and gradually build, rebuild the arease. It take time , but gradually, the muscles rebuild to the original, and it will go away.No quick fix,or surgery on the inflamed areas.Your choice.Nature heals what man abuse, take time.My disappeared after time.Your body, your muscles,a matter of reversing the abuse, thus causing frozen shoulder.

My frozen shoulder quite ok leh, have been consistently doing the set of exercises suggested by polyclinic physio. No pain now, arm movements recovered by 80%.

4 solutions:

1, acupuncture to relax your muscles
2, physiotherapy
3, 1 + 2
4, swimming or jogging or both, once you exercise, you will softern your muscles.

Item 1, 2 and 3 only treating the symptoms. After a while, the stiffness will come back again. After 1 to 2 relapses, I did 4 and solve the root cause: not enough exercise. > 10 years with no relapse after item 4.🙏
