Drain it out and once and for all troubleshoot everything one by one. Is either you get to the bottom of this or live with it. Which imo I think just drain it out and see how it goes.

after he drain out , he need to fix the stock fan cooler back.......then you can test isn't it?...super hassle he dun want...

Which is why I say. Is either get to the bottom of this or live with it. Lol

Even if lets say there is a fault in whichever be it gpu or mobo or cpu. He probably got to remove and drain it out. Also still come back to the same issue lol.

wonder, can psu have not enuff "starting voltage" to POST? and does oxidation on contact areas have any effect on this?

was thinking u can try taking out what u can (eg rams & other cards) to clean the contact regions shiny to see if any effect. also reduce load by disconnect other peripherals like fans, optical dr just to test startup.

It's a bit of hassle as I am on custom watercooling.

If you rma everything, still have to dismantle. Or dismantle first , troubleshoot and only rma damaged stuff. Catch 22, hassle always...

Borrow a power supply test unit and see if the power connectors from PSU are supplying stable power. Heavily loaded PSU age real fast...

If ok , then one of your components are damaged. Refer to my 1st paragraph.

One thing for sure, he gets additional performance before stuff breaks.

I Cleared CMOS and it was able to boot now.
