Just a FYI

Dear Client,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to your FSM digital debit card.

FSM debit cards are issued and powered by our partner, Nium Pte Ltd ("Nium"), a major payment institution regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Licence No. PS20200276).

Nium is upgrading its platform, and as a result, all existing cards under the programme will be replaced. The replacement will take place in phases, starting with your FSM digital debit card on 28 October 2026. From that date, your current digital card will be replaced with a new digital card with new card details. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Replacement of your FSM physical debit card is expected to take place in December 2026. We will notify you again closer to the date.

My digital debit card was forcefully blocked and terminated on 29 Oct and a new one was approved at the same time

Additionally, seems like the 1% cashback is still ongoing

FSMOne Debit Card Cashback's Terms and Conditions

1. The 1% Cashback offer on spending on the FSMOne Debit Card is valid until 31 December 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

However take note that cashback earned will take 4-6 weeks after end of current month spendings

6. Cashback earned for the current month’s transactions (e.g. September) will be credited 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the current month.

My physical debit card was forcefully blocked and terminated on 29 Oct and a new one was approved at the same time

Strange. For me is the virtual debit card instead just now. Physical debit card remain as it is unchanged. But 1% cashback is not so attractive unless they revive promo again

oh, i mixed up the physical and digital....
Corrected it to "digital" now., thanks
Ya it's the digital that got replaced. Had to re-setup spending limits and disable the card
