Even after I sold my shares. I thought my funds will auto return to my linked DBS acc but no. It just sits at my cash acc until I order it to be paid to DBS then FSM will issue cheque to do so. I guess for those who want it auto into bank acc will have to sign GIRO form (which is what other brokerages are doing) I'm not sure if FSM has any GIRO form for us to sign in the 1st place

fsm got no giro or auto "link" to your bank, you need to withdraw from your cash account

same for dbs oet or kayhian, you sold your shares or dividend comes, the money will go back to the trading cash account, not your bank's saving account

Yes, email them scanned copy or if you know how to type into their downloaded PDF form.

This is my question to them in April 2020:

Hi,

Your notice: "As part of the essential services in the finance and banking sector, full operations of FSMOne.com will continue as per normal even as FSMOne.com team works 100% from home. The FSMOne reception area will be closed with effect from 20 April 2020 (Monday), and walk-in customers will no longer be able to come into our office premises (until further notice)."

Thus as per your notice above, there will be nobody to process our forms as your "team works 100% from home." Can I submit by email with the scans of the CDP Account Linkage forms attached? Please advise.

This is their reply:

Dear ***,

Thank you for your email.

Yes, we accept the scan copy for the CDP linkage form during circuit breaker. Thus, please furnish us the form by replying this email.

We look forward to receiving your document soon.

Feel free to contact us if you require further assistance.

Thank you and have a pleasant day.

Regards,
Wan Hwa | Client Services | FSMOne

After Circuit Breaker, they are still working from home, as declared here:

Important Notice with regard to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) [UPDATED ON 1 June 2020]
UPDATED ON 1 June 2020 - As part of the essential services in the finance and banking sector, full services of FSMOne.com will continue as per normal even as FSMOne.com team supports the business 100% from home. thanks for the info. im surprised that FSMOne accepts softcopy whereas DBS Vickers diedie only accept hardcopy :s22:

Hi all,

If I were to lump sum an ETF like VT - say $5000

Then decide to switch to RSP and put in $500 per month,

Are they all held together or is there a separate category for RSP?

it will be held as one and the unit cost will be averaged out

:s11:

I am silver and bought etf on sgx at 10 flat for brokerage. Don't forget there are other charges by SGX such that your total transaction cost is more than 10.

The 10 is just brokerage charged by fsmone

thanks :) glad to have someone confirmed that the $10 is true.

i know this may have been asked before :s34: but i dont see it in the past 11 pages..

by right transaction fees should be $10 + (0.04% of investment amount) for each SGX buy/sell.

//0.04% being the total of SGX clearing fees of 0.0325% and trading fees of 0.0075%.

i'm seeing various fee totals > $10 + 0.049%, $10 + 0.051%, $10 + 0.053%, $10 + 0.055% for my past transactions.
