I made my first cdp sell on 14 Jul and withdrawal to my dbs account on 20 Jul 2020.

The funds not in my DBS yet. Is this normal?

According to email notification from FSM is that it will only take 1 working day.

For withdrawal currency in SGD/USD, we will credit the cheque into your designated bank account in our system upon completion on 1 working day after the above stated transaction date.

first time withdrawal

For first time withdrawal which means your bank account is u verified, it will take T+1 day (if done before 3pm for sgd) for them to issue a cheque which they will bank in on your behalf and u will get the funds the following working day (if your bank follow the standard cheque clearing time frame).

After the first successful withdrawal, it will take about 14 days for them to link your account via FAST, then it will be transferred within 30 mins for below a certain amount.

You can check out their FAQ on this.

Thank you.. your reply faster than their helpdesk. I guess i will wait for 1 more day then. :)

Can I check how do we do trading on HK/USA stock if they don’t offer live trading and it’s 15min delay.

Does that mean our orders will not be taken real time?

It’s the quotes that are delayed. Not the trade execution.

If you don’t mind trading blind, you can do so.

I see. So I will need to have another live platform to see the quotes and execute the trade order base on that live platform right?

If you don’t mind queuing for an order without knowing the latest quote, you can do so without another platform.

for HKSE, you get 1mth free data for every trade you make, so if you trade twice a month on HKSE, you will basically have free data permanently.

after your first trade you also get 100 free snapshots. So if you only trade once a month, then 100 snapshots will last you for many years.

IBKR HKSE live data is not that cheap.
