Yes you can

For FSMOne RSP, am I able to do a lump sum investment of ES3 at RSP rates (0.08%; min $1), without committing to a monthly DCA?

I know that you can do this in POSB Invest Saver by simply amending the RSP instructions/amount before the next purchase cut off date.

Just want to confirm if the process is the same in FSMOne.

Yup, you can amend the RSP amount before the next purchase cut off date in FSMOne too.

anybody did a USD TT to your own FSM USD Cash account?

tried calling the hotline, put on hold for 15mins still nobody picked up.

https://secure.fundsupermart.com/fsm/download/attachments/FSM TT Instruction.pdf

referring to the pdf attachment, I'm quite confused about which is the correct SWIFT code to use for transferring USD from my OCBC (local) account to the FSM cash account.

Should it be SCBLSG22XXX or SCBLUS33XXX?

They support this? I thought they don't. I have to convert my USD through transferwise back to sgd and then convert with them back to USD :(

• Payment must be made from your own bank account (Bank account name has to be the same as FSMOne).

from fsmone faq

Upon receiving your money, we will credit into your Cash Account in around 30 minutes*(depending on the conditions listed below, which could otherwise lead to a delay of up to a few days).

Did you visit the website?

Too many faq, trying to read through, but I am confused on the platform fees. One says no platform fee, one says need pay platform fee. :s22:

The more I read, the more I am confused. :s13: If got platform fees, is it more worth to invest through banks brokerage for other market, which charge custody fee instead?

So what happen to live chat? When clicked, can choose more faqs, is there any real live person answering questions?

See #1121, I am answering to your question. Why you ask similar question to teckgamer until you don't remember? :s13:

Back to my questions, hope somebody with more info can answer me. :s22::s8:

If I remember correctly, Say you invest in managed investment products or UTs then there is a platform fee.

If you buy RSP and Stocks no platform fee as far as I know. I could be wrong

FSM is difficult to get through. Call no one answer. Live chat not functional. Email most likely take days to get a reply.

Open fsmone Multi currency account before trading for other countries stock better than convert to and fro whenever need to trade? Need to any extra fees? If use Auto sweep got the management fees.

If too many fees, I don't know if worth venture out of local market. :s22:

FSM CS isn't that bad. They do reply to their emails within a day. I also called them before. First time couldn't get through but second time spoke to a local person (not offshore). Also live chatted to real person.

BTW, no platform fees for stocks. No separate management fees for auto-sweep.
