Drivers should not be an issue.. if you didn't notice anything wrong - such as no audio / unable to toggle volume / brightness via FN key combo etc.

For this, you can use disk cleanup to remove old os files!

Windows --> search for "disk clean up"
Click on the highlighted text indicated in the image below

& look for err something along the lines of "Previous windows installation(s)" - should probably be all the way down!

Do note that Windows 10 has a feature that allows you to revert back to 7 (only for 30 days) and deleting windows.old will not allow you to do so anymore!
