Yes, you flash a radio like how you flash a kernel. Go to CWM, flash the zip file. However, if I am not wrong, the risk is higher in flashing a radio. Make sure you have enough battery so that the flashing will not be disrupted. If a radio flashing is disrupted, you might brick your phone.

The theme comes with the nightly release 36 onwards, I think. The latest nightly release should be 37. Check AOKP website (not on XDA).

Can I check, if I flash Milestone 5 (aokp), will the radio be the same? Or would I need to flash a separate radio?

Try using another kernel, e.g. the popular one from Franco, Milestone 4. Using AOKP Milstone 5 too...

And how bad is the battery life? Can it last 24 hours, with screen on time more than 2 hours? If choosing the appropriate kernel governor, you can achieve that.

Hope it helps.

How to choose the kernel governor? Can hardly reach 2 hours of screen on timing only..

If you are using Franco kernel app from Google Play store, you can change from there. Other settings that affect performance and battery life are min CPU, max CPU speed. The app has other additional controls, like the hardware screen color calibration.

Within AOKP, you can also change the CPU speeds and governor: Settings -> ROM Control -> Performance.

Hope it helps...

My galaxy nexus is not charging after 10 mins plug in to the original charging.
It will charge when left on the table.
But it wont charge after 10 mins or so of playing CC.

Apparantly there no such issues before the update to 4.2.2
Any bros having the same issue as me ?

Is it my battery issue or port issue ?

Updated to 4.3 now :D

Downloaded the full factory image from google, but flash all partitions except data partition so as to keep all my data.. :)

Went the OTA via TWRP route before that, but getting errors, forgot what I changed previously.. so just simply flash the full image minus the data partition..

feels abit more buttery..:D
