we all knew and warned from the start that GNote will be a difficult device to replace.

S3 is 1/2 inch (diagonally) smaller than the Note, that's almost 1/3 the screen size, no?

I will wait for the dust to settle before deciding if I should get one.


As for Apple, now that Stevie is dead, Tim will finally break all the previous decisions/restrictions. Nothing new. Apple has been playing catchup for 2 years now.

second that.. cant imagine using a smaller phone now, too used to the screen on my note already.. seems like my next phone will be the new note as well... its gona be note all the way for me

It is really disappointing that they are moving note to the tablet direction. I really hope those are just rumours only. I think 5.3" is just right. Anything bigger, I think it is really crazy.

Note 10.1" is a definite. It is slated for release sometime in Q3, if I'm not wrong. But it is supposed to be a tablet, not a notepad-sized mobile phone. My guess is there is going to be a Note 2 mobile phone.

There's a likelihood the size might become bigger. 1080p screen anyone?

5" is a downgrade.
