I believe the stock flip case does some use in cleaning the screen when closed, anyway i believe it's meant not to be used with a SP with their use of Gorilla glass, no point keeping a mint-condition garbage in months to come.

Where did you get the fact that Note comes with GG? As far as I know, it doesn't and Corning's website doesn't list Note as one of the phones that has GG...

I no intention to overprotect it that way, but I don't like looking at scratched screens. I can replace a scratched protector, but looking at scratched screens makes me very irritated.

stock flip case really lousy quality .. mine the front part (the flip) already peeling out - not even 1 month of use, can't wait to get a better flip case (mfit perhaps) ..

Ok maybe not GG since it's outdated, it's a new fortified glass joined venture with Corning for all their new products i.e. Galaxy nexus, galaxy note,etc

Using the Rock Naked Shell case now, must say that the built quality is very impressive, seems more sturdy than Casemate Barely there. Protects the side of the phone, cutouts for the buttons and speakers are nicely done, It makes the camera recessed so it wont touch the table when u put it down, sleek overall and hard. It grips onto the phone quite tightly, unlike Casemate Barely there which i feel is quite loosely gripped onto the phone. Material is hard rubber yet velvet feel, very premium

Those using the Mfit leather case can gib some reviews?

Did you get your Rock case locally? I heard adix_82 has it, but its sold out for now.

I think I got the same case a few weeks back, but I found the quality pretty bad. There's this weird grainy/sandy texture on some areas of the case (even on the inside). I wanted to exchange it but it seems like most of the hard cases have that weird texture.

Be warned for the cheapskates ones. Will have poor finish. The Matt rubberized will Peel and wear off too. So I ended up with casemate barely there. Be warned.

Why pay more. We pay and pay! At least for not some bo-liao thingy

Does it increase the grip on the phone? I heard review that Rock case is quite slippery.is it true?

Hi, i have just switched over from fruit brand.
I noticed that the original Galaxy Note charger is 5V 1A.
Does that mean I can safely reuse my iPhone charger?

I can't remember if the Apple charger uses a USB connection.... but if it does, you should be able to. But do remember that it will be slower to charge the battery.
