Ordered S23 on 02Feb23. When ordering noticed some colors were out of stock and I opted for a color that was not my preferred but was confirmed on stock... As required I paid the phone in full...
Yesterday received a call from Samsung saying that the delivery was delayed because the phone was out of stock!!! They didn't even had an idea when it would be available.
This is not a professional approach from Samsung - how can they sell something, as having stock, receive the payment and then, on the eve of collection, say they have no stock...

it is normal way business work .. you paid and wait .. or cancel if you want .. i am also waiting for my delivery

at least your got call from samsung, i didnt even received any mail or call for today colection, duno shd go over or not

I got 3 missed calls from Samsung at about 2pm on 6 Feb but I was in meeting with vendor. Now I wonder if they were trying to tell me no more stock for red.
