your S3 screen is so vivid & beautiful, try not to spoil vividness with the optics. i have that on my iphone & it blurs the retina display a little.

Think about this. S3 is a very new model thus cases for S3 are also not cheap. prices will drop according to time, just like the value of the phone. IF you find S3 cases at unbelievably low prices right now, 100% its fake.

sellers are not going to clear stocks to sell at costs or below costs as the demand is still high up there. unless something really bad happens.

$10 is fake? $200 is real?

Bought one of the samsung slim transparent casing from my friend.

Got to agree with bros here.. it's def one of the best casing around. The lanyard hole for me is a ultra plus. The whole casing is slim and wont make your phone look fat.

Overall, very very happy with it.

You have to be careful in removing the case though - the material is quite stiff, not quite as flexible as a TPU case. I managed to break the thin piece of plastic that formed part of the USB / charging port cut-out at the bottom of the phone. Clumsy fingers Fortunately it's not too noticeable when the case is fitted onto the phone. But I do know it's broken there

For those holding onto a Rock Quicksand case, which packaging does yours come in?

Apparently as believed by the folks on xda, the top one is the geniune one while the bottom one is the fake one. The texture looks the same, but the feel is different. The fake one feels smooth to the touch.

The one I bought from gmarket is the 2nd one above. It does feel smooth to the touch, totally not sandpaper-like kinda material. Comes with a 18-digit scratch-card-kinda code on the front of the packaging and when I input this code into the website rock.com.cn to verify the authencity, a bunch of unknown characters appeared.

Understand that there are some distributors here for this case.. Can you please clarify if you're one? Definitely not liking the feeling of being duped despite the low price point!
