Does that mean we will get our KitKat soon too??? :)

they would probably launch a version which is more rugged version which can absorb drops like some models launched in US.

Probably S4 Active is a test product to test consumers if they are buying water resistance phone

time for update on this old thread :)

Have been using S4 Active for almost a year...

Yes, it has followed me into sea water when went islands hopping during oversea holidays.

Yes, it has followed me into pools in water theme park during holidays too

of course also rinse/wash under running tap water after those trips...

So far so good, never been to samsung cs yet...touch wood :s13:

also...has updated to latest 4.2.2 Singapore rom(I9295XXUBML2) out in Jan 2014

find that the battery consumption now seem higher compare to previous version in Dec 2013.

I am not sure is it because of the WeChat and Facebook Messenger installed after the upgrade or it is really caused by the new rom

looking forward to Kitkat 4.4...

at the same time also in dilemma whether Kitkat rom will use up a lot of storage memory and left little storage memory for apps?
