Thanks. Seems to be downloading now. At first the app gave me an unhelpful message "something is wrong, try again". I guess that's because I already downloaded the free starter pack. Deleted that and tried again, it added a whole bunch of add-ons to the queue, one for each location (Hawye's Bay, Miami, Mumbai, etc, about 7 of them) and also Hitman 2 itself. (I guess that Hitman 2 itself is just the game engine, sort of like a pinball game where the engine is free and each table is a separate DLC.) When installing the free starter pack earlier, it only included Hawye's Bay and the game engine. I still don't understand why they don't let me download from the web-based Playstation store and even from the PS4 itself.

hitman game is chapter based and each chapter is at different location. i usually use app cos need to add ps5 titles to the library before getting ps5.

i think you misunderstood the purpose the post. We can run Hitman 2 with Hitman 3 enhancements which includes adaptive trigger, full 4k res etc if we follow the steps highlighted by IO Interactive. Hitman 3 starter pack is free

Their prices are more focused on ranges which makes you buy the pricier one which makes it more worth the price
