carousell sellers some are insane. they sell a used copy $10-$20 more than a brand new one from local shop.

those are retards. haha. i normally sell mine via carousell with no issues. must look at used games rate and gauge. normally i sell off $5 lesser than whatever is the average price.

i think for some, or the ones i saw at least are quite old posts. So the price was right for it back then but for the current present time.

Some even get angry when shown the current price as offered by local gameshops or in PSN. lol

Origin is giving out the Standard Version of Mass Effect 2 for free. :)

You can try the game first before thinking of whether to buy Mass Effect: Andromeda or not.

Hello ... i want to thank you for this info.
I have a question ... is my laptop (Asus N550JK with Nvidia GTX-850M) good enough to play the Mass Effect 2?

Thanks a lot!!!

[ Android ] Not a Playstation lobang, but public service announcement:

Amazon is giving away tons of Android games for FREE:
https://www.amazon.com/b/?node=11350978011&tag=epicb-20

Amazon has this Amazon Underground thing that gives 'actually free' (including in-app items) apps every day, but don't know why, it's 4400+ apps free all at once now. So go grab whatever you like (you will surely be able to find something you like).

You will need Amazon account with a US address. No credit card needed for free stuff. You might need to download their client app (download from here) onto an Android device once and log in, so that Amazon has record of at least 1 device that you use (does not need to be Amazon Fire or any of their product). You can still buy free apps that are not compatible with your registered devices.

You need to use their Android client app to download, but you don't need the client to play. (It basically downloads the .apk file and installs.)

If don't have UK PSN acc still can buy? I only have SG and US
Make a UK PSN account lor, process is same as making US account. See the sticky thread on how, there's sample address given too.

Then buy a UK PSN prepaid card from Amazon UK (you need the £15.00). See first 2 posts of this very thread. (Basically have an Amazon account with UK billing address, doesn't matter that it's not the same as your SG credit card billing address.)

i bought a local disc version and sold it cos there was a lot of games to be played when it came out. Been waiting eversince to get a digital version

qs is, do i need to get local digital version to have my gamesaves intact?
Typically yes, if you want to continue your R3 save game, then you need to buy back R3 digital version. But there are a lot of exceptions.

One way to check:
- Copy your R3 save file(s) to USB drive
- Plug USB drive to a computer, look under the folder PS4 > SAVEDATA > xxxxxxx (a long string of alphanumeric chars, it represents your psn account)
- There should be 1 folder for each game there. The folder name is the product id for the game (eg. CUSA01140, CUSA01154).
- Go to gamefaq.com, search for that game and go to its page, Home > Release Data (here)
- Look at the product id column, see whether your saved files match any of those. If your R3 saved game folder has the same product id as US version, then it should be safe to buy US digital version.

your knowledge on all things playstation is impressive... most impressive. And of course very very much appreciated!

Ive gamble once before with fallout 4 and was lucky that everything went well. All DLCs work flawlessly.

With MGSV, i tried to err on side of caution and will just follow your advise on how to check before proceeding.

Once again, i thank you

You're welcome. Can you do the same check on your R3 fallout 4 save file, see whether the method works.
