Is there an address field? I can't remember and strangely the site is not showing me my contact info. (I know there is no address field for credit card billing address though, cos I don't have to enter that every time I buy something.) If there is address field when creating the account, use your real SG address, no need to put fake US address.

If still fail, contact their customer service.

Assuming the prices are in USD, there's a 15%-20% mark up on the items, even the discounted price is 8% mark up. Not worth it when we can get from other sites paying just the face value of the cards, or less.

Usually yes. But it's just marketing term, you have to check the contents case by case (look at the detail product description and google). Sometimes 'complete' edition isn't completely complete, there might still be missing DLCs.
