All these Level 2, 3 4 AS models are pre-built so cant customized that much. I can add 1TB 7200 HDD though

I also think 512GB SSD is not enough but I cannot add another SSD or upgrade to 1TB SSD already as per the AS.


My kids typically uses Youtube alot, Minecraft, Roblux and occasionally video edits using paid Wondershare application

Buy a 1TB SSD from Amazon sg and add it yourself. It's as easy as changing a lightbulb once you get the hang of it.

Tough times to be building a new PC. Can check out the other System Integrators first to get a feel of the custom pc prices compared to Dell.

Some of the Dell pre-builts have nice enclosures and chassis but the internals can be a hit or miss.

I always find AF always use AMD but I think Intel is always better

Intel is always lose , the only benefit is they good in Adobe related stuffs

Think when folks want intel, better to stick to recommending intel. Otherwise when they run into issues they blame us lol.

I m actually ok with both , Amd is faster indeed but sometimes had random hang/ crash . My intel doesn't had this issue at all
