Pretty low end to me.
I think for inexperienced individuals,it's a risk to go Sim Lim to buy IMHO
Will consider AS

Is it necessary to upgrade to 32 ram? 16 enough (2x8GB)
if only gaming, then 16gb is enough. 32gb recommended for professional workloads.
Another thing TS might want to consider is, how long do you wish this build to last before your next new pc then you can decide on the tier of hardware to go for
I think this is ok for the games u gonna play, just that if u can, ask for 3600 instead of 3500x to double the thread count at a small increase in price.YEs this is what I told her. I hope its not far fetched...I said 4 years at least haha
The AS folks recommended me this based on my needs. She said more than enough :

If you connect your PC to the network with ethernet cable, you might not need the wifi. If that's the case, you can check if your motherboard has the non-wifi variant to reduce your cost.
Also you can consider adding a cheap HDD to increase your storage. 512GB not enough for multimedia files, softwares and games.
All these Level 2, 3 4 AS models are pre-built so cant customized that much. I can add 1TB 7200 HDD though
I also think 512GB SSD is not enough but I cannot add another SSD or upgrade to 1TB SSD already as per the AS.
My kids typically uses Youtube alot, Minecraft, Roblux and occasionally video edits using paid Wondershare application
