"desktop processor and graphic" means what? CPU and GPU both must be desktop class? Because there's only 1 laptop in existence that offers both

Is there a particular reason why you would like such a combination please, i.e. Desktop CPU and GPU in a laptop?
Reason why I am asking is because,
1) They don't come cheap - easily past 4K
2) They are not exactly mobile since they weigh quite a lot and thus, more of a desktop replacement.
3) They run really hot since the parts are not so much for running in a tight chassis of a laptop. Asus may come out with a novel way of cooling it, but adds more problem for point 1 and 2 and from my opinion is a silly idea.

Here's the tip; either you get a laptop running mobile components, or go for a desktop. Aftershock offers both if you are not into DIY for desktop.

is the alienware graphic amplifier bad?

From my opinion, the concept is great, but in actual fact it makes little sense.

Think about this, you have a laptop that needs to connect to a pricey box that does not come with any graphic card. So you gotta buy a graphic card. Plus the box only works with Alienware laptops. So you wanna change laptop next time, your only choice is Alienware again, if you wanna reuse the box.
In a nutshell,
1) The box is big, so not mobile at all
2) It only works with Alienware laptops with the proprietary connector
3) The cost of the box is USD 300 bucks, and you need to factor in the price of an Alienware laptop that works with it, and an additional graphic card. Easily it will bring you close to or more than 4K again.
4) I am not sure if the box will allow the GPU to run at its full potential because I suspect its not running a PCI x16 speed. Most solution runs max at x4 utilizing a Thunderbolt 3 connection speed, which may bottleneck a high end card's performance.

Given this option, I would recommend buying a desktop and a tablet/hybrid for around the same cost.

aftershock titan and the new asus liquid cooling laptop

Honestly still not sure what kind of 'tips' you want, all you did was list 2 laptop models (one of which doesnt even have desktop CPU which I hope youre aware), perhaps some more meaningful info can help people to advise you better, like:

- do you need to carry the machine around frequently? because you're not going to be able to move stuff like the Asus liquid cooling dock around easily. Yes you can just bring around the GX700 by itself but without the watercooling it may throttle under load.

- what programs do you run? what games do you play and at what settings? Do you forsee to use the machine for CPU intensive tasks like video editing

- do you intend to overclock (which may be a motivation for going for the watercooling)

- is there some special reason why you only listed 2 models and are foregoing other brands like MSI which also have desktop 980 notebooks

most importantly what is your budget

I would say go for the alienware with the graphics amp with a gtx 980ti. The performance is almost on par with my desktop pc I5-4690k at 4ghz with gtx980ti.

On a side note the amp fan is quite loud and you can only use reference cards.
Performance wise i can run games in 4k on the alienware screen provided if yours is a 4k screen configuration or external 4k monitor with g sync.

If you intend to game in full hd, the gtx980m will suffice.

Forgot to mention the alienware 13 suffers quite a bit due to the ULV cpu, the 15 and 17 alienware will do fine.

TS you are just giving one liner and one word posts even after lots of feedback. The very least elaborate what you want, need or expect from these systems with facts figures and examples.
